“ Caravan Swim Club: A Welcoming Oasis for Overcast Days If you're looking for a warm and inviting place to enjoy a meal or drink, even on an overcast day, look no further than Caravan Swim Club. This poolside restaurant at Hotel June in Westchester, California has clear plastic shades that reduce the wind and allow the light and scenery to shine through. On a recent overcast day, I was greeted by a friendly hostess who suggested the shrimp tacos. I'm so glad I took her advice! The tacos were perfectly seasoned and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. You can also enjoy the margaritas, which are made with fresh ingredients and are the perfect complement to a meal. While I didn't have a chance to swim on my visit, I could tell that Caravan Swim Club is a great place to spend a sunny day. The pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and cabanas, and there's also a fire pit for cooler evenings. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Caravan Swim Club. The food was delicious, the drinks are refreshing, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a meal or drink, even on an overcast day. Tip: Be sure to make a reservation, especially if you're visiting on a weekend. ”

“ What a lovely setting. The burger was outstanding. Crudo was very good. We also enjoyed the guacamole. Best is the quiet place to have lunch by the pool. ”

“ Led by superstar chef, Chef Angie Lee, the Caravan Swim Club has some of the best takes on MexiCali food around. Fresh, light and yet flavorful and delightful to all the senses. Each dish is prepared with such care and attention, they are literal art. The drinks are fantastic and whether you dine poolside or on the elevated rooftop space, memories are sure to be made as what is life without exceptional food, great views and even better company. Check it out for yourself soon and let us know which dish was your favorite as for us it was too hard to choose. ”

“ It was a great restaurant, service and food was top notch (I got fish tacos, elote and ceviche). They're one the higher end food price wise, but other than that, I would recommend highly. ”

“ I ordered some things off their All Day menu and an item on their Baja Lunch menu. The drinks were fantastic, though I omitted any honey and ginger beer. The chipotle dressing on the Caesar Salad is very nice (croutons not good). The Brussel Sprouts were very tasty and well cooked, but I didn't eat most of the fried onions (the fried onions are, on their own, very salty). Know the Brussel Sprouts are heavily carmelized, meaning a lot of oil. If I knew I wouldn't have ordered. I was hoping they were roasted. The passion fruit sorbet was so good, less sweet than any Trader Joe's surveys and better than any The Strand House sorbets. I was there for Dine LA Restaurant week. There were a lot of capers on the Octopus Carpaccio, I would order again anywhere, great concept. The Arroz con Mariachis was top notch. Those items should be on their permanent menu. ”

“ really shocked!! something you would not expect.. just a small place next to a boutique hotel... but.... the service was great (although they were super busy)... the drinks were good.. and the food was exceptional.. really.. i was actually shocked by the quality of the food. burger was next level and tacos were fantastic, so were the rolls.. really good.. the sauces that came with it were exceptional .. place was rocking and it was as much a lounge with lots of young ppl hanging out for drinks as it was a place to have a late dinner. the prices were a bit up there but very good quality so I would not really care to look at the bill. The server was great and so was the hostess and the bartender.. fantastic all around!! ”

“ The food was stunning. I don’t often think of the chef when I eat but wow! The drinks are strong, there’s a pool, a day pass, and the beach a short drive away. We got a reservation a few hours for same day and I have zero complaints. Bravo ”
